PENCOYS FUNERAL OF MR.
T. HATTAM
 
The funeral took place in Pencoys
Churchyard, on Saturday, of Mr. Thomas
Hattam, aged 72, who died at his resi-
dence, Lancarrow Farm, Four Lanes,
last Wednesday, after a very short
illness. A native of St. Just-in-Penwith,
Mr. Hattam farmed for many years in
West Cornwall, where he was well
known. About twenty years ago he re-
moved to Lancarrow Farm. In addition
to a widow, he leaves two sons, Mr. H.
T. Hattam, who is in the Metropolitan
Police and stationed at Catford, and Mr.
W. Hattam, who resided with his father.
The funeral service was conducted in
Pencoys Church by the vicar (the Rev.
S. J. Pethick). Mr. T. N. Andrew pre-
sided at the organ. The mourners were
