Love this view, I have John and Elizabeth Williams (nee Clemens), living at Carn Bosavern in 1851 and John died there 1876.

My maternal grandfather, William John Cock, son of William Cock of Mullion and Elizabeth Osborne of St.Just, was born at Carn Bosavern on 31st July 1865

Visited St Just in 2005 to investigate family history. Richard Taylor b1791 had 3 houses in Pleasant Row. Taylors before him lived in St Just back to at least 1573.Intermingled with Eddy,Tregear and Chenhalls.

Thank you for the wonderful pics. My grandfather John Clemens and his brother, James Clemens came from St Just to New Zealand in 1879 aged 15 and 17. It is wonderful to see the land where they lived. I hope to visit and 'touch the soil'.
